Where is the new studio located?
Our new studio is located on Hawkeye Drive in Hiawatha directly across from UPS in the Tower Commerce Park (A short 2 min. drive from our current facility).
What is the new studio like?
If you have been inside our current facility, you are familiar with the warm and open environment it provides to both dancers and visitors. EDGE 2.0 will bring all of the 'likes' of our current facility without any of its draw backs. This includes:

Where is the new studio located?
Our new studio is located on Hawkeye Drive in Hiawatha directly across from UPS in the Tower Commerce Park (A short 2 min. drive from our current facility).
What is the new studio like?
If you have been inside our current facility, you are familiar with the warm and open environment it provides to both dancers and visitors. EDGE 2.0 will bring all of the 'likes' of our current facility without any of its draw backs. This includes:
- Over four times as large as our current facility (Nearly 13,000 SF compared to 2900).
- 4 large, state-of-the-art studio rooms equipped with floating Harlequin© floors, LED TV's,12 foot ceilings, high quality sound systems, and plenty of windows to let in natural light.
- Comfortable viewing areas for guests with large windows looking into the studio rooms, plenty of seating, laptop counters, and free Wi-Fi access.
- A double-wide entry way to help ease traffic flow and congestion at the busiest part of the building.
- Over 75 parking spaces with a dedicated "Dancer Drop-Off" Lane. Two entrances to the parking lot will be provided, one off Metzger Drive and one off Hawkeye Drive.
- A larger, easy to access Dancer's Lounge equipped with lockers and changing areas.
- A sibling lounge for brothers and sisters to play at the studio, allowing parents to enjoy watching their dancer in class.
- A fully staffed Info Center.
- EDGE Apparel easily accessible right behind the Info Center and open every day during class hours.
- 6 Independent heating and cooling systems to keep both studio rooms and open/common areas comfortable year-round.
- Room to expand to keep the studio comfortable and adaptable.

Aug. 5th, 2011 - A blank canvas. Our site was just approved for rezoning, it's time for work to begin!
Sep. 8th, 2011 - The foundation is being poured in stages so each dance floor can be recessed and equipped with our sprung floor system.
Aug. 15th, 2011 - Excavation and Earth-moving complete, time to start foundation work.
Sep. 10th, 2011 - Our "coming soon" sign installed at the front of the lot.
Sep. 18th, 2011 - Foundation and footings are complete!
Sep. 14th, 2011 - Pouring the last studio Floor
Sep. 27th, 2011 - Exterior walls are coming up!
Oct. 3rd, 2011 - Some pretty big trusses have to go flying in the air.
Oct. 3rd, 2011 - Let's roof this place.
